Electricians in Larkhill
The garrison on Salisbury Plain, with a large amount of housing, much of it recently built or refurbished, and a constant flow of tenancy changes.
Electrical work in Larkhill
Larkhill is 15 miles from our base in Andover, about 40 minutes by van, so we can normally fit a look at a job around other work in the area rather than making you wait for a dedicated trip.
With a high proportion of rented and service-family housing, a lot of our electrical work in Larkhill is for landlords: EICRs, remedial work from a report, and getting a property safe and certified between tenancies.
On the newer estates the wiring is sound but the spec is basic: we add sockets, garage and garden power, EV charge points and the circuits for a bigger kitchen or a loft room.
We also work for businesses in and around Larkhill: letting agents, service-family housing contractors, pubs and shops, with out-of-hours slots where trading hours can’t be disrupted and certificates sent straight to your agent or facilities manager. See our commercial electrical services.

What people in Larkhill usually ask before booking.

Do you do EICRs for rental properties in Larkhill?
Yes. We carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords and letting agents in Larkhill, and can quote for any remedial work the report picks up so the property is certified without a second contractor.
