What’s involved
T2 Electrics & Plumbing fit, move and replace radiators and run the pipework for extensions, loft conversions and underfloor heating across Andover and the surrounding villages. If a room never gets warm, a radiator is cold at the bottom, or you’re adding a room and need heating in it, this is the work we do.
Common jobs include replacing old panel radiators with modern designer or vertical models, moving a radiator to suit a new kitchen layout, adding thermostatic radiator valves so each room can be controlled separately, and balancing a system so the rooms furthest from the boiler heat properly.
We don’t work on gas appliances. The boiler itself and the gas supply are for a Gas Safe registered engineer; everything from the boiler outwards, the pipework, radiators, valves, pumps and cylinders, is ours, and we’ll happily work alongside your heating engineer on a bigger job.

Common questions
What people ask before booking radiators & heating pipework.
Can you move a radiator to a different wall?
Yes. It usually means lifting a few floorboards or chasing the wall, then running new pipework to the new position and capping the old. We’ll tell you if the new position will heat the room properly before we move it.
Do you service boilers?
No. We’re not Gas Safe registered and we don’t work on gas appliances. Everything from the boiler outwards is ours, and we work alongside your gas engineer on bigger jobs.
Which areas do you cover for radiators & heating pipework?
Everywhere within roughly 20 miles of Andover: Test Valley and north Hampshire, east Wiltshire including Tidworth, Amesbury and Salisbury, and west Berkshire including Newbury and Hungerford. If you’re just outside that, ask.
