What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, phone number, postcode and message you enter, and the page you sent it from. When you phone or email us we keep your contact details and notes about the job so we can quote and carry out the work.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out work, issue certificates and invoices, and keep the records the law requires us to keep (for example electrical certificates and accounts). We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing without asking.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by our form provider on our behalf. Certificates for notifiable electrical work are registered with the relevant scheme and Building Control as required by law.
